利用規約

第1条（適用）

本規約は、「余白と、あじ。」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を、利用者と運営者との間で定めるものです。利用者は本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第2条（アカウント）

本アプリは匿名または Apple サインインによるアカウントを提供します。利用者はアカウント情報の管理について責任を負います。匿名アカウントのままアプリを削除・サインアウトした場合、作成物や購入履歴にアクセスできなくなることがあります。

第3条（コンテンツと権利）

1. 利用者が作成・アップロードしたフォント等のコンテンツ（以下「利用者コンテンツ」）の権利は、原則として利用者に帰属します。
2. 利用者は、本アプリの提供・保存・配信・プレビュー・改善に必要な範囲で、運営者に対し利用者コンテンツを無償で利用（複製・変換・配信等）することを許諾します。
3. 取り込む（アップロードする）フォントは、埋め込み・再配布が許可されたものに限ります。第三者の著作権・商標権その他の権利を侵害するコンテンツを投稿してはなりません。
4. 利用者コンテンツの権利処理（著作権・利用許諾・第三者からの許可取得）の責任は、当該コンテンツを投稿・出品した利用者が負うものとします。

第4条（マーケットプレイス・出品と販売）

1. 本アプリは、利用者が作成したフォントを他の利用者へ配布・販売できる「場」を提供します。運営者は個々の取引の当事者ではありません。
2. フォントの提供形態には、無料配布・買い切り販売・広告視聴による解放があります。
3. 出品（公開）には販売者向けサブスクリプションへの加入が必要です。
4. 買い切り販売の売上からは、運営手数料（現行 15%）および決済事業者・プラットフォーム所定の手数料・税が差し引かれます。残額が販売者に支払われます。手数料率は変更されることがあります。
5. 販売者は、自らが出品するフォントについて、販売する権利を有していること、及び第三者の権利を侵害しないことを保証します。

第5条（禁止事項）

法令・公序良俗に反する行為、第三者の権利（著作権・商標権・プライバシー等）を侵害する行為、虚偽の出品、本アプリの運営を妨げる行為、不正な手段による広告報酬・解放の取得を禁止します。

第6条（課金・外部決済）

1. 月額サブスクリプションは Apple の App内課金（App Store）を通じて提供されます。解約は App Store の設定から行えます。
2. 買い切り販売は、App の外部（ウェブ）の決済事業者（Stripe 等）を通じて行われる場合があります。外部決済による取引・返金・サポートは、販売者および決済事業者が対応し、Apple は当該取引の当事者ではありません。
3. デジタル商品の性質上、購入後の返品・返金は原則としてお受けできません。

第7条（広告）

本アプリは一部機能で広告（リワード広告等）を表示することがあります。広告の表示・配信には第三者の広告事業者を利用します。

第8条（コンテンツの削除・利用停止）

運営者は、本規約違反または権利侵害のおそれがあると判断したコンテンツを、事前の通知なく非公開化・削除し、または利用者の利用を停止することがあります。

第9条（免責）

本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、特定目的への適合性・完全性・可用性等を保証しません。運営者は、利用者間の取引や利用者コンテンツに起因する損害を含め、利用者に生じた損害について、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。

第10条（規約の変更）

運営者は本規約を変更できます。重要な変更はアプリ内等で通知します。

第11条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠し、運営者所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of "Yohaku" (the "App") between you and the operator. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

The App offers anonymous or Sign in with Apple accounts. You are responsible for your account. If you delete the App or sign out while anonymous, you may lose access to your creations and purchase history.

3. Content & Rights

You retain rights to the fonts and content you create or upload ("User Content"). You grant the operator a royalty-free license to use it as needed to provide and improve the App. You may only import fonts whose license permits embedding and redistribution. You are solely responsible for clearing the rights to your User Content (copyright, licensing, third-party permissions).

4. Marketplace, Listing & Selling

The App provides a venue for users to distribute or sell fonts to other users; the operator is not a party to individual transactions. Listing requires an active seller subscription. From one-time purchase proceeds, a platform fee (currently 15%) and applicable payment-provider fees and taxes are deducted; the remainder is paid to the seller. Sellers warrant they have the right to sell each font and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

No unlawful activity; no infringement of third-party rights; no fraudulent listings; no interference with the App; no obtaining ad rewards by illegitimate means.

6. Payments & External Purchase

Monthly subscriptions are provided via Apple In-App Purchase. One-time purchases may be processed outside the App (on the web) via a payment provider (e.g., Stripe); such transactions, refunds, and support are handled by the seller and payment provider, not Apple. Digital goods are generally non-refundable.

7. Advertising

The App may show ads (including rewarded ads) served by third-party ad providers.

8. Content Removal & Suspension

The operator may unpublish or remove content, or suspend a user, without prior notice where it reasonably believes there is a violation or infringement.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use, including transactions between users or User Content.

10. Changes

The operator may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes in the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's location.
